The Bills will be looking to exact some revenge on the Titans when they face off in Nashville on Monday Night Football in Week 6. It was a Tuesday night in October last season when the Titans served the Bills their first loss of the season in a 42-16 blowout. Vegas sportsbooks opened the Bills as comfortable road favorites ahead of this matchup in addition to totals spanning into the mid-50s. If their research and instincts are accurate, we should be in for an entertaining evening of football with plenty of viable potential DFS picks for DraftKings Showdown lineups.
A quick recap of the scoring settings for DraftKings Showdown contests: They’re full-point PPR, and there are three-point bonuses for 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards, and 100 receiving yards. The Captain pick costs 1.5 times a player’s original price, but he also gets his point total multiplied by 1.5.

DraftKings Showdown Picks: Bills vs. Titans
$50,000 budget, need at least one player from each team.
Captain (1.5x value, 1.5x points): Bills D/ST ($7,200)
Applying the Captain’s tag to Buffalo’s defense isn’t exciting, but consider the factors. First, the salary savings allows for some big ticket inclusions elsewhere. Second, the Bills have been the best defense in the league by a number of metrics. They lead the league in DVOA, takeaways, and points allowed; they’re fifth in sacks and pressure rate; and they’ve eclipsed 20 DraftKings points on two occasions. It wouldn’t be a shock to see them post another big number against a Titans offense that has had struggles in protection (20 sacks allowed) and ball security (seven giveaways).
FLEX: QB Josh Allen, Bills, ($12,800)
Allen just missed his second 40-point outburst last week, settling for 39.5 DK points against the Chiefs. He’ll have another chance to flirt with that lofty plateau against the Titans, who have been victimized through the air this season.
FLEX: RB Derrick Henry, Titans ($11,400)
If there is a tier of players we can consider “matchup proof,” Henry is squarely entrenched among that elite class. As well as the Bills defense has played thus far, they haven’t faced someone like Henry, who has accounted for 55.1 percent of the Titans touches. The Bills held Henry to 63 total yards in last season’s meeting, but the King still scored a pair of touchdowns.
FLEX: WR Emmanuel Sanders, Bills ($8,600)
Sanders will start sharing his touchdowns with Stefon Diggs sooner than later, but we’re going to ride the hot hand again this week. Sanders has four touchdowns over his past three games and has found success operating as the “Robin” to Diggs’ “Batman.” Sanders continues to operate at a high level of efficiency, reeling in 61.3 percent of his targets and averaging 16.9 yards per reception.
FLEX: RB Zack Moss, Bills ($7,000)
Moss was held out of Week 1 but has handled double-digit touches in the four games since. He’s totaled four touchdowns over that span and appears to have surpassed Devin Singletary as the Bills’ top option out of the backfield. Moss will never be mistaken for Austin Ekeler, but he’s performed well in the passing game when given the opportunity. He collected 55 receiving yards last week and reeled in a receiving touchdown in Week 3.
FLEX: RB Jeremy McNichols, Titans ($3,000)
While McNichols’ price tag is appealing, he’s not just a throwaway pick. McNichols is second on the Titans behind Henry in touches and second behind A.J. Brown (illness) in targets. Having both Brown and Julio Jones potentially back may eat into his target share, but the Titans are likely to be playing from behind, which should afford McNichols another decent serving of opportunity. One note on McNichols: Second-year back Darrynton Evans (knee) is nearing a return which will eventually marginalize McNichols. McNichols has played well enough to keep Evans at an arm’s length in the short-term, but it’s worth checking the latest injury reports ahead of kickoff.
